Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. These Terms are a public offer made by Teresa Calhoun, operating as Calhoun Academy ("Academy", "we"), to any person who purchases a course ("Student", "you"). Completing a purchase means you accept these Terms.
1.2. The Academy gives the Student access to online video lessons and related materials ("Materials") included in the chosen plan, through the Academy's learning platform.
1.3. Access periods: Basic Start, 30 days; Specialist, 3 months; Pro, 1 year; Business / Career, as stated on the plan page at the time of purchase.
1.4. Access is personal to the Student. The Academy does not guarantee any specific income, job or business result.
2. Payment
2.1. Prices are in US dollars: Basic Start $25, Specialist $50, Pro $100, Business / Career $200. The price of Individual VIP Mentoring is agreed with the Student before payment.
2.2. Payment is made in full and in advance through the Whop checkout. Payments are processed by Whop; the Academy does not see or store card details. Whop's own terms apply to payment processing.
2.3. Access is opened after the payment is confirmed. Any taxes or fees are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown at the time of purchase applies.
3. Refunds
3.1. The Student may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 2 lessons have been viewed.
3.2. To request a refund, email talhoun@atomicmail.io from the address used for the purchase, with the order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3.3. No refund is given after 14 days, after more than 2 lessons have been viewed, or if access was ended for a breach of Section 4.
3.4. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All Materials, including videos, texts, prompt packs, templates and certificates, belong to the Academy or its speakers and licensors.
4.2. The Student receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Materials for their own learning.
4.3. It is prohibited to: share login details or access with other people; copy, record, download or screen-capture the Materials; resell, publish or upload them to file-sharing sites, chats, channels or other platforms; use them to create a competing course.
4.4. In case of a breach, the Academy may end access immediately without a refund and take legal action to protect its rights.
